In addition to the wine, we produce hams and sausages from the pigs we raise on pasture. The meat is processed in our company with completely natural ingredients and methods, which have been handed down for generations.

Lately, the proceedings to attain the D.O.P. (label of protected origin) for the Karst ham have started. Its strict rules include large cuts of ham and long seasoning, which is a synonymous for quality.
