THE CELLAR AND THE WINE
Being entirely dug in the rock, the cellar
is the ideal place for wine conservation,
because it maintains temperature and
humidity constant. Here our wines Malvasia,
Vitovska and Terrano remain for two whole
years in oak barrels before being bottled.
The wine is produced naturally and the work
in the vineyards is done manually. We thus
achieve perfectly healthy and mature grapes,
which allows us to minimize the
interventions in the cellar, passing
directly from vineyard to bottling, which
occurs without any filtration.
