THE FARM AND THE CUISINE

We are located in the heart of Karst, where peace and nature can be appreciated, not far away from Trieste and the sea. Our farm is an ideal spot for relaxing and leaving behind the chaotic life of the city, taking advantage of the good weather for a walk in the surroundings and afterwards resting at our farm and enjoying a snack with our cold meats and a good glass of wine served outdoors in the shade of the limes or under the typical pergola with Concord grapes.

In the cold days of autumn and winter, we are happy to welcome you to our dining room furnished in wood, where tools of the past are exposed. Here you can warm yourself near the fireplace and savour the typical recipes from Karst and Trieste, such as jota, prosciutto, potato or bread gnocchi, grilled meat, shin and typical sweets such as štruklji.
